If you can't find a solution, we're here to listen to you.</p> <p><em>Imagine you call a car repair service and say "My car is not working!". Obviously, they won't be able to help you unless you provide more details. It's the same with software. Don't say "Some feature is not working", tell us what exactly you do and what you expect.</em></p> <p>To help us solve your problem, please make sure you include as much information about it as possible. This includes:</p> <p>- BlogJet version<br /> - Windows version<br /> - What blogging service/software you use (e.g. WordPress, TypePad, Blogger) and its version<br /> - URL of your blog (if possible)<br /> - Detailed steps to reproduce the problem (1,2,3... What is the expected output? What do you see instead?)</p> <p>The fact that nobody answers to your post for a long time probably means that we're trying to reproduce/discover/fix the problem. Please don't make duplicate posts asking about why your request is not getting answered - we do read our forum :)</p> <p>Also, it's a good manner to help other users with their problems.
