I'm having the same problem. I set up access to my Blogger account. It can see the two blogs in my account. But I can't POST TO DRAFT, PUBLISH or POST AND PUBLISH. Each time I get a little pop-up window with a red "X" and "Unknown." I can select MANAGE POSTS and it pulls up the last ten posts to the blog, so clearly it can get in to the account.

I am using the 30 day trial. I came to this product because I want to pay for something that works. I must say I'm stunned that publishing to Blogger is such a hassle.

When I go into MANAGE ACCOUNTS, it shows I'm using the BLOGGER DATA API, not the 'old' version. Note that none of the setting are configured (HOST, PAGE, PORT). When I click on CONFIGURE PROXY, the AUTODETECT radio button is selected (the recommended option).

Help... I want to pay for something that works.

Try as I might, my Blogjet will not post to Blogger. I have had some luck with multiple posts because I have three blogs at Blogspot, but aiming Blogjet at one blog and asking it to "Publish" or post does nothing. Publishing and posting, I assume, are different, or are these options the same? Will I have better luck if I use the "old" Blogger API? Right now, the product is unusable... Act quickly.

Try to login to your Blogger account and see if any posts that are supposed to be published are in drafts. If so, publish the from there. Blogger sometimes block posts from clients until you unlock this feature by entering captcha.

You can also try unlocking it here: https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha?service=blogger

I'll admit I'm not the best blogger, but I do appreciate and purchased blogjet.
My Wordpress site updates great. But when I try to update my blogspot account, BlogJet says it published it, but when I try to view it - poof! nothing new.

Is BlogJet suppose to work with Blogspot?

Hi,

I write on Blogjet2 before posting to WordPress.
However, I cannot insert images into my Blogjet document.
A space containing an "X" appears at the image position.
If I post/publish to Wordpress, the "X-space", as well as any written text, appears.
Where am I going wrong?

Thanks for any help,

Hello,

I am using the latest Trial version of Blogjet. I am able to set up a connection to my blog at http://skbeliever.blogspot.com but when I click on the 'Manage posts' button it tries to receive posts for the first time but then gives me the error message:

'Cannot connect to server. Please check your connection or try again later.'

I am able to post to my blog so clearly there is a connection being made. Do you know why I can't 'Manage' my posts?

If your blog service supports it, in BlogJet there's a menu item for this: Insert > Extended Entry. You'll get the line for jump-break.

Yes, I read this entry in the forum.

Run BlogJet on Linux was written on November 18, 2007 by Dmitry. Today is May 2009 and perhaps mention what we all know in linux, here are constantly changing for the better. This is 2.0 on the desktop.

I was already testing their recommendation of this post and definitely not working, I did the best forward in the manner described.

You know you do not need to worry about spending time on this, as mentioned, I will keep that partition for a few days while I find a viable solution here in linux.
