I have sent the update to Apple yesterday; it will be up when they review it.</p> <p>Due to mistake, the required image file didn't make in into the app bundle when building the release version, so the program shows the default text ("Button"). Since "Reopen last document on startup" is hooked to this action, it will try opening the last journal. This is definitely a bug, and it will be fixed.</p> <p>(As a workaround, you can turn off "Reopen last document on startup" option in Preferences. It might be available through a checkbox in the Preferences panel, for example.</p> <p>It launches instantly on my machine.
