Hello, new to BlogJet and while the ftp is working fine and the image and pdf file upload correctly, when I go the blog to open the pdf file it gives an file error message. The pdf half way loads, it is like the whole file did not upload.

Right after I publish I can ftp the pdf into the folder with another ftp program and the pdf works find.

It has to be something in the ftp'ing of the pdf with Blogjet. I have ran several test thinking maybe the pdf was too large for the ftp of blogjet but even small pdf's will not work.

Could it be in the setting?

I have the ftp set for Moms Break and posting at http://www.halloween-printable.com/ if that helps.

Thank you

HI there, with WP and Blogjet, I notice that BJ doesnt list the WP catagories in their Parent form like WP does. Do you expect this as an error, or maybe a possible fix in the future ?

Many thanks, and great software. BJ is the best.

Hi,

I'm getting an 'invalid payload received from xml-rpc server. Please check your host and page settings for this account' error.

I was getting it when trying to post to one of our blogs (I have another one which still works fine). I'd get it every time I tried to post.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling blogjet. Now it won't let me set up that blog in the new accounts. (I can set up and post to the other blog fine though).

The address for our blog is:

http://www.marilynglenville.com/naturalnewsonline

My blogjet version is 2.0.0.10
Window version is Vista (ultimate premium etc.)
The blog is a wordpress blog, version 2.1.3

Any ideas? I could email a screenshot of the error message if it's helpful.

Thanks,

hi all,

I've traipsed the interweb, forums and blog to no avail. Running Vista Business 32bit SP1 on a Dell Vostro 200. Garden variety desktop. More details if required.

Was running a trial of 1.6xxx and working fine. Uninstalled 1.6 and installed 2.0.0.10
on startup, a popup window says "Error reading PasswordEdit.PasswordChar: Invalid property value (EReadError)"

If I click OK, it disappears and I can continue loading BlogJet, but on trying to Manage Accounts (F5) the same error pops up again. Obviously I can't use the software in this state as I have yet to define my blog settings.

Please help. Much obliged.

Alex

Hi
I have blogjet 2.0.0.7, wordpress 2.3.3, on windows server 2003(IIS 6), at http://blog.des-us.com. I recently upgraded to wordpress 2.3.3. Previously, publishing from blogjet was error-free. Now when I publish, I get either of these 3 errors:
error 1:
invalid payload received from xml-rpc server.
please check your host and page settings for this account.

server said:
wordpress database error: [table 'dzignerblog.wp_categories' doesn't exist]

error 2:
tresult.getstruct - item is not a struct type (exception)

error 3:
error posting to blog:list index out of bounds(-1)

After the error, the post is published on the site, so I can view the post. But none of the new posts come up in Manage Posts in Blogjet.

Please help.
Thanks
