You are correct that I didn't answer the question. I should have proposed two solutions: 1) no FTP is actually needed if you want to upload images, go ahead and use direct method (if user was trying to get uploads work), and 2) instructions on how to setup FTP if that's what user wanted. </p> <p>Thanks for correcting me and answering the question! I write software instructions for a living, so I'm always sensitive to cases where a thing should be easy to do, but the software design and the documentation skip all around the answer without actually providing it. Then someone flat out asks the question, and the answer gets skipped over again. I deal with this every day at work and it drives me crazy.
