Blogjet and Popular Tags

    When I use Blogjet to post to my blog the tags I use for the article I'm working on do not appear in "Popular Tags". When I use the Wordpress editor to make a post they do appear in "Popular Tags".

    How can I correct this?

    This is because BlogJet currently doesn't support native tags in WordPress (see this discussion), so it posts them as a part of post body. WordPress doesn't recognize them there, so it cannot show them in "popular tags".
