cannot register just purchased Memoires

    Hi-
    I downloaded the trial version of Memoires and have decided to purchase. I have received the receipt that included the key. When that did NOT work I requested it to be sent again. I tried with the key from the newest email. The program is still not recognizing it as valid. I have attempted the keys multiple times. I am at a loss. Please help.
    Memoires -- Version 2.0 (44)
    MacBook Pro -- Mac OS X Version 10.5.6

    Hi Heather,

    Your "Licensed to" name that appears in your order is in uppercase -- please make sure you enter it in Mémoires exactly as it appears in the email.
