error uploading image

Hi there, i am using blogjet for posting my blog via metaweblog api , and i love it so much. i don't know what happen but when make a post with attached image. sometime this post is ok, image uploaded. but some time , i get this message. do you know what happen [img]http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/8738/bugrf2.png[/img]

after testing and finding the problem, i find out that when i attached image less than 100k size, the post will be ok, but when i attached image > than 100k , i will get the error above. can any one help please

Could be two things:

* Limitation of your blog server installation (check out Settings > Miscellaneous if you're using WordPress).
* Limitation of your hosting provider.
