Just downloads Memoires & images do not "drop in"

    Hello I just downloads Memoires and after reading the references for loading images attempted to drop an image from graphiconverter. It was not loaded. Sp to assure all else was working I opened MS Word and was able to drop in the same image. I am using OS 10.4.
