This has happened twice.
I get a message that the journal was unable to be saved. I can't remember the exact text of the dialog. I don't know how to reproduce it.
I cannot save the journal, and also, I cannot quit without force-quitting. Any ideas why this happens?
Mémoires v 2.0
Mac OS X v 10.5.8

Could you please try clicking File > Save As... and save a copy of the journal to some other folder (Documents or Desktop)?

I tried saving to a different location with no success.
The text of the dialog is:
The document “Personal.memoire” could not be saved. An error occurred while saving.
Mémoires 2.1 (45)
Mac OS X 10.6.2

Could you please open Console (located in /Applications/Utilities/ folder) and see if there are any messages from Mémoires? Thanks!

I am getting the same sort of thing in Memoirs 3.0 (46) often the spinning beach ball shows for some time (2-3 minutes) can be quite frustrating when adding an entry and this occurs 3-4 times in 10 minutes.

I have open console and could not copy and paste the memories entries, please see below link to screen shot.

No, my journal is not encrypted. If it helps, it never happened in memoirs 2.1 and I am saving to a local synced idisk.
