Show dates when showing all entries

Please consider modifying the "All Entries" view to show the dates of the entries. This would be more consistent, as dates are shown when searching entries. The visual style used in the search results view is perfect - please just adapt that to the "All Entries" view. Thanks much!

Hello, will you still implement this request? I was about to make the same request. I see that you have added dates to the right side of the Search Results list, and the same treatment would be great for the All Entries list.

Also, the Search Results list is sorted by reverse chron order, and it would make sense to sort the All Entries list in that order also, because we usually care about most recent entries first.

Also, if the user has closed a journal file in All Entries view, then when they open it again, it should open with the All Entries list shown instead of the calendar. In other words, the state of the left sidebar, as All Entries or Monthly view, should be saved in the journal file and preserved when opened again.
