    Can someone explain to me technorati tags? Are my posts automatically submitted to Technorati? And, if so how do I find them?

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Bob

    Your blog engine should ping Technorati when you publish posts (this is done by default with most engines), and Technorati will find it, recognize tags, and put your post into its search results. You can find out more here: http://technorati.com/help/tags.html

    I have this in my tools > preferences > links

    http://technorati.com/tag/{TAG}

    Is this correct?

    Thank you!

    Yes, BlogJet publishes tags as links to Technorati tags by default.

    Dmitry, I notice BlogJet puts them in the body of a post but TypePads Editor (+ presume MT) puts them in the footer as in this post;

    Is it possible for BlogJet to do this?

    Yes, currently native tags are supported on MT (we'll turn on this feature for other blog engines in the next release): Tools > Preferences > Links > Use native tags where supported.
