It used to work but find now the Attach file from BlogJet does not work.

Confirmed. Seems like they filter files by type, only images can be uploaded, which is sad. I guess we should complain to their support.
I'll log a ticket. It's new behaviour or my failing memory is misleading me as sure it's worked in the past.
As far as I remember, it's a new behaviour.
Here's what TypePad said to me:
